Our Story
How Bridgeworth Came to Be
Bridgeworth was founded in Taipei by a small group of consultants who had spent years working inside large advisory firms. They noticed a recurring pattern: companies would invest in expensive strategy projects, receive impressive-looking reports, and then struggle to translate those recommendations into real organizational change. The gap between analysis and implementation was wide, and it was frustrating for everyone involved.
The founding idea was simple — what if a consulting firm stayed closer to the ground? What if the people conducting the analysis were also the ones walking clients through the implications? Bridgeworth was established with this intention: to offer advisory services that are thorough in research but practical in output, and to ensure that senior consultants remain engaged throughout every project.
Since opening our office in Zhongzheng District, we have worked with companies across a range of industries — from technology and professional services to manufacturing and education. Our engagements focus on three areas where companies frequently need an outside perspective: how they manage talent, how they structure pricing, and how they integrate sustainability into their operations.
We are not the largest consulting firm in Taipei, and we are comfortable with that. Our size lets us be selective about the work we take on and attentive to the companies we serve.
